POLISHIELD is a range of products for surface protection treatments able to mechanically adhere to the surfaces, sealing the porosities of the glaze that have emerged after the polishing or lapping process.

POLISHIELD products develop a cross-linking action within the open porosities while the excess product can be easily removed by the brushing machines of the application line.

The formula has been specifically studied to delay and extend the time of the reticulation process, promoting a progressive filling action that does not change the aesthetic features of the ceramic material.

The product can be used as it stands or diluted in water, depending on the application system. It can be applied by means of rotary roller and dripping systems or by means of sponge applicators and multi-head systems.

The range also includes a large series of dyes (to be added to the protective product) to match the color of the surface, improving the performance of the application. The dosage depends on the surface to be treated, the application technology and the specific production requirements.
