Water-based digital glue with strong binding power, developed for ceramic decoration. The formulation contains a MATTE inorganic flux for ceramic use and high-adhesion polymers, which fix very fine powders or granules onto the tile surface, enabling the creation of multiple decorative effects.

AQUABOND F205 is typically integrated into the production process after the application of engobe or glaze and in combination with digital decoration. The application of powders or granules takes place immediately after printing, followed by the removal of the excess through suction. To maximize the binding effect, it is recommended to adjust the adhesive discharge so that it reaches the granulator while still wet.
