DIGICER GLUE 101 is a water-soluble binder specifically developed for the application of grits using valve systems.
Its rheological parameters have been carefully designed to deliver high application performance with the latest technologies that do not rely on piezoelectric digital systems or traditional spraying methods.

The use of special organic polymers ensures strong cohesive strength throughout every stage of the industrial process, while the presence of leveling and anti-foaming agents guarantees excellent performance even with dark colors, preventing issues such as water repellency.
Furthermore, the absence of glycol-based components—often responsible for increased flue emissions—means that DIGICER GLUE 101 does not contribute to higher emissions, even in high-load applications.

DIGICER GLUE 101 is a ready-to-use product that can be applied as is. Alternatively, it may be blended with a percentage of glaze already used by the manufacturer within the process; in this case as well, the formulation has been carefully calibrated to ensure stability and avoid potential clogging of application nozzles.
