DIGICER GL 01 is a high-performance binder and rheology modifier developed for engobes, smaltobbi, and glazes. It is a versatile product suitable for different application systems, though particularly effective in valve applications. It can be added directly to the glaze along the glazing line or incorporated at the end of the milling process.

The product enhances the adhesive strength of the liquid compound, reduces dusting phenomena after drying, and improves the compactness of the coating. In addition, DIGICER GL 01 extends drying times, making application easier while allowing controlled modification of the suspension’s rheological properties, thereby optimizing application performance and improving the aesthetic quality of the final product.
