AQUABOND F05 is a water-based digital adhesive with a high bonding strength, specifically developed for ceramic decoration. Its formulation combines an inorganic ceramic flux with high-adhesion polymers, allowing the precise fixation of fine powders and granules onto the tile surface to create a wide range of decorative effects.

AQUABOND F05 is typically integrated into the production process after the application of engobe or glaze, and in coordination with digital decoration. The application of powders or granules immediately after digital printing, followed by removal of the excess by suction, ensures optimal aesthetic results. To maximize bonding performance, it is recommended to adjust the adhesive discharge so that the product reaches the granule applicator while still wet.
