Liquid binder specifically developed for the dry application of traditional powders and grits. Thanks to the presence of specialized organic polymers, it ensures that the particles—whether powders or glassy grits—remain firmly anchored to the ceramic substrate throughout all stages of industrial handling. This minimizes the risk of detachment or defects, resulting in a safer and more reliable production process.

To optimize application and prevent water-repellent effects, it can be beneficial to use the product in combination with GLYDOL G 9047, which should be introduced under agitation directly into the pre-loading system.
If foam or unwanted bubbles are present, the addition of a defoaming agent, such as TU 80, is recommended. This should also be added into the pre-loading system.
In both cases, it is advisable to maintain agitation for about ten minutes before starting the production process to ensure proper integration and effectiveness.
