CR-1485 is a suspending agent for coloring oxides, screen-printing bases, and ceramic glazes.

It is a powdered product based on clay minerals, designed to allow the storage of liquid oxides and ceramic glazes while ensuring excellent long-term rheological stability.

It prevents sedimentation even in suspensions not subjected to agitation, maintaining constant density. This helps eliminate potential tone variations in screen-printing pastes caused by separation between the liquid and solid phases inside the tank.

Thanks to its plastic nature, CR-1485 ensures good homogenization among the various components of the suspension, supporting a uniform and reliable discharge of the screen-printing paste.

The product can be added before milling, whether using a ball mill or a micronet system.
