AMICER 200 is a ceramic glaze binder based on modified starches, synthetic resins, and ethoxylated products in aqueous solution.

This highly effective, non-foaming liquid binder enhances and restores the binding power of the glaze.

By increasing the compactness of the suspension, the product reduces or prevents dusting after drying.

AMICER 200 does not affect the rheological characteristics of the glaze but delays drying times, thereby facilitating application. In general, ethoxylated products ensure moisture retention in the glaze, preventing the formation of cracks or shrinkage during drying.

AMICER 200 can be added directly to the glaze on the glazing line in dosages ranging from 0.3% to 2%.
