LEGOCER 261 is a fluidifying agent and temporary binder specifically developed for the application of ceramic glazes. Based on inorganic polymers, it improves the surface uniformity of glaze applications carried out with spray, bell, or vela systems.
Its use provides the glaze with greater mechanical strength, facilitating subsequent screen-printing applications and significantly reducing the dusting effect, which typically results from poor particle cohesion.

The resins contained in the binder are characterized by a low molecular weight, allowing the formation of a surface network that does not interfere with the proper absorption of subsequent layers. Thanks to its formulation, the product can also be used during the milling process, replacing traditional powdered fluidifiers and CMC.
If required, LEGOCER 261 may also be added directly along the glazing line.
Due to its synthetic nature, the product is not subject to bacterial degradation.
