Legocer 261 is a dispersant and temporary binder specifically developed for ceramic glaze applications.

It is a solution of inorganic polymers able to improve the surface uniformity of glaze applications by means of spray, vela and bell systems.

The product provides the glaze with a greater mechanical resistance, promoting the proper performance of the subsequent applications, also reducing the “dusting” effect usually deriving from a low cohesion between the glaze’s particles.

The resins within the binders are marked by a low molecular weight that allows you to develop a superficial reticulation that do not negatively affect the proper absorption of the following applications.

The product formulation is suitable for grinding processes, in place of traditional powder dispersants and CMC. When necessary, Legocer 261 can also be added along the glazing line. Thanks to it synthetic nature, it does not undergo to any bacterial degradation.
