GLUES

Trubond solvent-based glues are specially formulated solutions containing high-performance polymers with strong binding power. They allow fine powders and granules to adhere effectively to the ceramic surface, enabling a wide range of decorative effects.
Each product in the range also includes a portion of ceramic flux, which enhances melting during firing and further boosts the adhesive’s overall performance.

The formulation is designed for ease of use and minimal maintenance: simply check the printing quality of the bar at regular intervals and replace the filters as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

INKS

The formulation of Trucolor solvent-based inks combines advanced expertise in organic chemistry with a deep understanding of fluid dynamics, while fully meeting the strict quality standards required for ceramic pigments.
These inks stand out for their exceptional rheological stability and a consistent viscosity profile across the full range of operating temperatures. Their compatibility with water—up to 10% of the total content—enhances their versatility in production.

Thanks to their non-drying nature, the inks prevent build-up on printheads, minimizing maintenance needs and ensuring a clean, odor-free working environment.
Outstanding filtration properties help avoid filter clogging, while the high color strength and broad chromatic range deliver superior decorative performance and visual depth.

EFFECTS

A diverse range of digital products designed to create specific optical and visual effects on ceramic surfaces, enhancing and expanding the material’s aesthetic potential. Their chemical composition is largely similar to that of Trucolor inks, although each formulation is tailored to achieve the desired effect.

These products can be applied using any digital printer currently available on the market. The range includes reserving and carving agents, which produce embossed or three-dimensional effects through localized repellence, matting agents that modify the glaze to alter its finish and appearance, and other additives capable of giving the surface bright or reflective highlights.

CLEANERS

Technical fluids designed for the thorough cleaning of digital printer circuits.
They are used whenever an ink change is required, during major maintenance operations, or when preparing the equipment for an extended shutdown. In particular, using cleaning fluids is essential when switching from solvent-based to water-based inks—or the other way around. Direct contact between the two systems would otherwise cause serious compatibility and process issues due to their different chemical nature.
