OXYCER product range is largely made of special composition of chemicals marked by an oxidizing action, specifically developed to prevent the black core’s formation.

The black core is as an aesthetc defect that may appear in a more or less localized area of the ceramic body characterized by a brown/black (or even white) color, clearly visible after firing in the thickness of the tile.

The formula’s oxygen-rich compounds efficiently act during the decomposition of the organic molecules by providing them with oxygen, leading to the formation of chemical intermediates able to leave the ceramic body before the sintering stage.

The products can be applied by means of spray system after the ceramic body’s drying process. The can also added to the engobe after evaluation of rheological impact.
