In September 2022, the usual appointment in Bologna with the most important exhibition in the world for the ceramic industry was renewed. As usual, Zschimmer & Schwarz Ceramco took part in the event focusing on some burning issues currently on the agenda of many producers.

Choosing an exhibition system that is halfway between an educational art gallery and a science gallery, the space has been filled with technical contents and specialist information with the intention to create different stories able to offer visitors a critical look behind the scenes of ceramic production.

According to the logic problem > origins > solutions, Z&S Ceramco offered an unconventional look on problems related to the mechanical resistance of green and dried ceramic material, the black core formation due to degassing phenomena as well as new solutions in terms of end-of-line surface protective treatments.
A special space has been dedicated to water-based systems (glues and inks), which represents for the company a nodal point not only in terms of sales but also on a ethical and strategic level.

The 2022 Cersaie’s edition was finally an opportunity to launch the first company APP, which with the same educational-training attitude focuses on topics that intersect chemistry and ceramic.
