Water-based resist agent used to create 3D structures and decorative effects on unfired ceramic tiles.
When applied before the engobe or glaze, the product produces a repellent action that generates a raised or textured decorative pattern in the areas where it has been deposited. The resist effect appears during the subsequent application stage. After firing, the treated areas of the ceramic surface remain white.

AQUASINK 1001 can be applied with standard digital printing systems and is typically integrated into the production line with a direct application onto the tile body after the dryer, followed by the engobe or glaze layer.
