Temporary binder based on natural polymers in aqueous solution able to increase the breaking load of the raw ceramic support, making it resistant to the solicitations of application machines and to those of the conveyor rollers of the prduction lines.

Tenacer 401 is completely miscible and dispersible in the slurry and the formulation has been specifically developed to avoid or even prevent the formation of black core phenomena.
Before application, it is recommended to test product compatibility with the barbottina within the labs. Over-fluidization or jelly phenomena sometimes may arise but they can both be easily managed by a proper and uniform stirring.
