After the launch of the digital platform ZS LAB in 2018, Zschimmer & Schwarz Ceramco proceeds with its own personal path of sharing expertise by opening an interactive customer-oriented area in its headquartes.

While the LAB has for a year now made the company’s know-how available to users on the web, offering a wealth of technical knowledge related to the world of chemistry applied to ceramic processes, the new TOOL BOX represent today the tangible part of the same project.

Through a didactic training approach, the large hall that houses the TOOL BOX presents various focuses on specific aspects of ceramic production, disjointing processes, highlighting critical issues and proposing solutions.

Thanks to a multimedia approach, it is possible to watch explanatory videos and computerized images that facilitate the understanding of the proposed themes and contribute to offer the user an experience that goes beyond the boundaries of the classic showroom concept.

Together with the ceramic tiles, the intent of Z&S Ceramco is in fact to show the different phases of the production process, thus proposing the product in its intermediate stages – not infrequently accompanied by imperfections or defects – in order to engage with its interlocutor in a synergic dialogue on specific topics.

Highlighting and explaining the reasons for certain results – wether positive or negative – is therefore a valuable opportunity for exchange and therefore growth for all the person involved:
on the one hand, the expertise of Z&S Ceramco, which highlights and proposes themes by providing explanations or solutions, on the other hand, the producers who share their experience and knowledge providing their own perspective.
