FLUITEN is a liquid agent marked by deflocculating, dispersing and binding properties specifically designed for ceramic mixtures.

Based on silicates and synthetic polyelectrolytes, the product facilitates the preparation of barbottine with high solid content, characterized by good viscosity values and low thixotropy.

The high dispersant and stabilising effect, combined with an immediate kinetic action, can produce a significant reduction in grinding times.

FLUITEN is also able to increase the breaking load of the dried ceramic body, making it resistant to the stresses of the application machines.

The optimal dosage should be determined experimentally on a case-by-case basis but in general it can range between 0.8% and 1% on solid content.
