DIGICER GLUE range consists of a number of products specifically developed for the application of grits by means of valve systems.

These are glues (or water-soluble binders) whose rheological parameters have been properly studied to reach high-performing applications by means of all those new technologies that are not based on digital-piezoelectric or classical spray systems.

The use of special organic polymers provides the products with an outstanding binding power, at all stages of the industrial process. The presence of leveling agents and defoamers inside in the formula ensures excellent applications even in case of dark colors, avoiding repellency phenomena.

The lack of glycolic components (that usually are responsible for the stack emissions) do not improve nor affect the atmospheric emissions, even in case of high-weight applications.

DIGICER GLUE products are ready-to-use but, if necessary, they can also be added with a small amount of glaze (already used within the process by the producer). Even in this case, the formulation has been developed to ensure stability to the system, preventing possible clogging of the nozzles/valves.

In general, the dosage can range from 20gr to 50gr, depending on the amount of grit and the parameters of the application machine and the production lines.
