It is a concentrated additive, easily dispersible in aqueous systems, designed to reduce or eliminate entrapped air in glaze suspensions kept under slow and constant agitation in the tank.<br>Its action ensures a smooth and uniform application, preventing defects such as depressions or pinholes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TU 81 can be added directly to the glaze (or screen-printing ink) on the glazing line.<br>After dosing, it is recommended to wait a few minutes before resuming production, allowing the product to disperse fully and evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chemical basis<\/strong><br>Ethoxylate product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chemical &amp; physical specifications<\/strong><br>APPEARANCE: transparent liquid colorless or slightly yellow<br>SOLUBILITY: &lt; 1% in water<br>DENSITY: 975 \u2013 1000 g\/l at 25\u00b0C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shelf life &amp; packaging<\/strong><br>6 months when properly stored.<br>Suggested storage temperature from 5\u00b0C to 35\u00b0C.<br>Available in drums of 50 Kg and 200 Kg and containers of 1000 Kg.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Antifoaming and deaerating agent for screen-printing inks and liquid glazes applied with airless or double-disk systems.
