In addition to improving abrasion resistance, these additives regulate the viscosity of glazes and engobes and are typically used as non-foaming binders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products with a high degree of polymerization, such as OPTAPIX C 1000 G, create a slight thickening effect in the glaze layer.
