Once the product is applied to the surface, the repellent effect appears on the subsequent application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After firing, the ceramic material at the application site appears white.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To increase the discharge quantity, the following recommendations should be followed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Use digital printheads with a high ink discharge rate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 For high-speed production lines or high discharge requirements, it is recommended to use two separate application bars (to prevent excessive stress on the printheads)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 When using a binary system, ensure 100% coverage (bitmap) whenever possible<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquasink 1000 is a water-based repellent agent used for creating structures and 3D effects on the surface of raw tiles.
