Granicer S 1003 is a water-soluble powdered additive developed for the application of traditional ceramic grits using airless technology, suitable for both high- and low-density processes. Its special resin content ensures outstanding application performance, delivering reliability and consistency throughout the entire production cycle.

The product can be incorporated directly into the grits by the manufacturer, or added by the end user during the preparation of the water-based mixture. Owing to its solid nature, the blend of grits, additive, and water requires a mixing time of approximately 20–30 minutes to achieve a uniform dispersion.
From a rheological perspective, Granicer S 1003 enables the formation of a stable suspension of the grit, with properties comparable to those of a traditional glaze.
