The Granicer product line – renowned for its versatility and high performance across applications – consists of a range of water-soluble binders designed for both wet and dry application of ceramic grits, whether traditional or spherical.
Granicer 7070 stands as one of the benchmark products in the Z&S Ceramco portfolio and remains among the most widely used variants. It is a specially engineered blend of synthetic resins formulated for use in both airless and double-disk application systems.

From a rheological standpoint, the product offers outstanding leveling power and has been developed to ensure excellent surface coverage, making it particularly well suited for materials that undergo polishing or lapping after firing.

In addition, Granicer 7070 provides reliable suspension properties, preventing unwanted sedimentation of grit particles. It is easy to manage both in terms of dosage and when introducing additional additives along the glazing line. The Granicer additives are highly responsive and consistent, ensuring excellent flexibility and a broad operating window.
