TU 81 is a defoamer for screen-printing inks and liquid glazes applied by means of airless and double disc systems.

It is an easily dispersible concentrated product specifically developed for watery systems. The product is able to reduce or remove the air inside the glaze suspension, while it is under stirring within the tank.

Its action also promotes a uniform and homogeneous application, preventing the formation of pinholes or dips.

TU 81 can be added to the glaze (or screen-printing ink) along the glazing line.

It is advisible to add the product and wait for a few minutes before starting the production, to reach its homogeneous dispersion within the suspension.
